EL ESTABLO RESTAURANT

Description

Departing from town, participants travel 12 km along Scenic Route 41, also known as the Huemul Path. The journey includes crossing the Río de las Vueltas via suspension bridge. Upon arrival, a local guide transports the group by 4x4 to El Establo at the estancia, where a traditional lamb barbecue (asado de cordero a la estaca) or curanto is served, followed by dessert.
