Relax and enjoy your first day exploring the city of Bariloche. After being picked up from the airport and dropped off at your accommodation, you’ll have the chance to explore this gem nestled in the Andes.
Stroll through its civic center, taste delicious handcrafted chocolate, and marvel at the breathtaking views of Lake Nahuel Huapi.
A perfect day to recharge your energy!
In the morning, we’ll meet at Puerto Pañuelo, located on the iconic Llao Llao peninsula, to board a comfortable catamaran. From here, we’ll embark on a journey across Lake Nahuel Huapi, surrounded by stunning mountain landscapes.
Our first stop will be the Quetrihué Peninsula, home to the fascinating Arrayanes Forest. We’ll walk along trails that immerse us in this magical setting, unique in the world, with saffron-colored trees and delicate white flowers. Our National Park guide will share stories and interesting facts about this natural wonder.
We’ll then continue our navigation to Victoria Island. Here, we’ll explore its trails, including a visit to Playa del Toro, where you’ll discover rock paintings created by indigenous peoples in a setting of volcanic sand and native nature. There will be time to enjoy the area, relax, and soak in the essence of this unique landscape.
We’ll return to Puerto Pañuelo by catamaran, filled with unforgettable photos and memories.
Early in the morning, we’ll depart from Bariloche heading north, crossing the Limay River and following the legendary Route 40. Our first stop will be in Villa La Angostura, a charming mountain village where you’ll have time to explore its streets and enjoy the local atmosphere.
From there, we’ll begin the spectacular journey along the Seven Lakes Route. Along the way, we’ll make several strategic stops to enjoy panoramic views of lakes such as Espejo, Correntoso, Villarino, Falkner, Escondido, Machónico, and Lácar. Our guides will take you to the best viewpoints, where you can take photos and learn about the region’s flora, fauna, and geology.
By midday, we’ll arrive in San Martín de los Andes, a picturesque town located on the shores of Lake Lácar. You’ll have free time to enjoy lunch at a lakeside restaurant or explore its charming streets.
In the afternoon, we’ll head back to Bariloche along the same route, with one last stop in Villa La Angostura to stretch our legs and bid farewell to this unforgettable landscape.
Say goodbye to this magical corner of Patagonia. A vehicle will take you to the city’s airport for your departure. With unforgettable memories and renewed energy, you’ll be ready to return home or start planning your next visit.
